Yes. We provide free samples for serious buyers; the courier freight is collect. Samples are usually sent by DHL/FedEx within 3–5 working days. OEM development samples may involve a small tooling fee, which is refunded against the first order.

We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer), with a standard term of 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment (or against a copy of the bill of lading for repeat customers). Other terms can be discussed for long-term partners.

Depending on the product line and season: SPC flooring about 18–25 days, laminate 20–25 days, and three-layer engineered 25–30 days after deposit and confirmation of order details. OEM orders may add 10–15 days for development.

Yes, we export worldwide and regularly ship to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas. We load FOB at Shanghai or Ningbo port, and we can recommend freight forwarders or work with your nominated forwarder.

Absolutely. We offer custom decors, plank sizes, surface finishes, logo-printed packaging and private-brand labeling across all three product lines. Send us your artwork or color references, and we will prepare a development plan and samples.

Our factory operates under ISO 9001 quality management. Products are tested to international standards including EN 13329 (laminate), EN 438 (laminate surfaces), and relevant SPC and engineered-wood standards; CE marking and E1/CARB P2 emission reports are available on request.

Residential warranties range from 15 to 25 years depending on the product line and wear rating, with commercial warranties of 10 years on selected AC5 laminate and 0.5 mm wear-layer SPC. Warranty terms are confirmed in the sales contract.

Each carton is wrapped with protective film and reinforced corner protection, then palletized and shrink-wrapped for container transport. We can customize carton printing, box quantities and pallet heights to match your market requirements.

Yes, visitors are welcome. Our factory is in Changzhou, Jiangsu — about 1 hour from Shanghai by high-speed train. Let us know your travel dates and we will arrange pickup, a production tour and product viewing.
